Detailing of my new 240i was a bit sub par due to a back up person filling in. Interior windows weren’t cleaned until I pointed it out to Rico who then had it done promptly. Suggestion: stop using the messy tire black dressing. It ran onto my wheel rims and fender openings. Very unnecessary but my window guy took care of it. This is my second car purchase here and open to the next one as well. ”
