Jon Shafer is one of the most professional car sales people I have met. Every part of this experience was flawless and pleasant. He worked magic and got me exactly what I wanted, even in the midst of pandemic shortages. Thanks again! And here I am back in 2024 as a repeat customer, and saying, once again, everything I said about Jon before. He stands with you throughout the sales process. He found me an X60 M60 allocation when there were hardly any available and gave me a good deal. This sale was complicated by me being in Florida and difficult Florida DMV processes and then Performance Center Delivery process being thwarted by Hurricane Helene and almost Hurricane Milton. Jon was there through all of it, along with finance manager Matt Correa. I am sure I was a pain in the butt, but they never let me feel that way, and yesterday I had a successful (and amazing) PCD delivery at Plant Spartanburg. If you live in Cali and you love BMW's, give Jon a shout.

This was one of, if not the best, car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone at the dealership was prepared for my arrival to pick up the car and greeted me by name. A lot of the paperwork was done in advance so I only needed to sign my name a few times and the deal was done. They also have a wonderful tech service where a “BMW Genius” will work with you as much or as little as you need to get the car configured to your preferences, including setting up the MyBMW App and Apple CarPlay. I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a BMW.

Joe Alvarez, hands down, was the BEST Salesman I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable, great sense of humor and pleasant. Jonathan Zarate had me in and out of there in no time. He made sure every detail of my transaction was correct, and made sure I left with all my questions answered. Rudy Correa was fantastic. It was a pleasure working with Jon Shafer, the Internet fleet manager at BMW Santa Maria to custom order my 2024 M340i xDrive. Not only giving me a great deal, he made the whole transaction super easy and smooth. Jon kept me informed of every step, beginning from securing an allocation, to the production progress and the final transportation from the factory to the dealer. There is no bogus mark up or dubious dealer add on. Everything is done as promised. Because of unforeseen reasons, I was unable to take personal delivery at the dealer. Jon again offered his impeccable service to arrange a home delivery. Jon Shafer is undoubtedly the best person I’ve worked with in a custom order and I have done this with many dealers including Mercedes, Audi and Porsche. But in my experience nobody can match the great customer service of Jon, not to mention the great deal he always offers. If anyone is interested in BMW, Jon is the best person to contact.

Probably the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. Everything was done over the phone with our sales rep Caleb, there was no going into the dealership and spending hours on end haggling.. We got a fair deal; ordered the car and were done with what seemed like little to no effort. Caleb was always responsive to any questions we had and kept us apprised of the vehicle’s progress as it made its way from Germany. There were no surprises when it came time to signing the lease and no pressure to buy any “add ons”. All the leasing paperwork was prepared and ready so no time was wasted. Any questions were answered in a professional manner. The numerous tech features of the vehicle were explained in depth not just rushed over. This was very much appreciated. There are other options around and while the vehicles will be the same I don’t think the buying experience at BMW of Santa Maria will be beat (or even matched)! Worth the drive if necessary.
I recently had the need to replace my X1 after it was totaled from a rear-ender. I can say that each person I worked with to help me at a difficult time were professional and understood my needs. Rudy Correa was the first person I dealt with via Email. The tone of his email made me want to head right down. He heard me. When I arrived I met with him before he turned me over to Luis Ledesma who showed me the cars and took me out for the test drive. He was informative, professional with a wonderful personality. I found my car and am VERY happy. Rudy came back and discussed the financing options in a way I had not heard before - very low pressure as well. Matthew Correa was the guy I signed my life away with on the paperwork. He was great about explaining everything. Then there is Sage. He spend a great deal of time making sure the car was ready and then explained all of the features in the car. A great personality and teacher. He was also very patient. Thank you to all of you.

All of the personnel that I worked with to buy, orient and learn the operating systems of my i4M50 all-electric BMW were pleasant, patient, effective and efficient. Matt (Finance) was efficient, trustworthy and had a pleasant demeanor with a good sense of humor. “Mr. Genius” (car operating systems instructor) was patient with this technologically challenged customer and looked like an octopus showing me all the options and functions of this incredible car. Can’t give them a better recommendation other than I will coming back for another car at the next purchase
If you ever need a new or used BMW Edgar Martinez is your guy. I preorder an i4 a year and half ago, that I finally picked up, and he the rest of the team did a great job walking me through the whole process and keeping me updated. They also were very professional and didn’t try to pull any fast ones on me like other dealers have in the past. If/when I buy another car I’m definitely coming back here.

Jon Shafer was instrumental in helping me make many decisions regarding the lease. He is Uber-Knowledgeable, professional, and took time to explain intricacies. He is also hot, which doesn’t hurt. Matthew took time to explain the lease contract and was very helpful resolvíng an issue I had. Matthew is also hot and should learn pickleball. Charles patiently explained the dashboard tech stuff to a non-tech gal. He was great, and also hot. Nice job, guys!
Great crew of people to buy a car from with honesty and integrity. Dependable and respectable. My salesman Rico is the best and he loves dogs! Detailing of my new 240i was a bit sub par due to a back up person filling in. Interior windows weren’t cleaned until I pointed it out to Rico who then had it done promptly. Suggestion: stop using the messy tire black dressing. It ran onto my wheel rims and fender openings. Very unnecessary but my window guy took care of it. This is my second car purchase here and open to the next one as well.
